(2) Subscription and engagement information — whether you open our emails or click links in them, and basic information about how you found us (for example, which ad or link brought you to the sign-up form). Our email platform, Beehiiv, collects this automatically. (3) We do not ask for or collect payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use your information: To send you Chattanooga's Scoop newsletter issues (good-news stories and weekend picks). To understand which stories readers enjoy, so we can improve the newsletter. To measure how our sign-up ads are performing. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How your information is shared: Your information is processed by the services we use to run the newsletter: Beehiiv, our newsletter platform, stores your subscription and sends our emails. Zapier, which transfers sign-ups from Meta into Beehiiv. These services process your information only to provide their services to us. We do not share your information with advertisers or other third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics: Our website is hosted by Beehiiv, which may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and measure readership. Meta may also use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with our ads and sign-up forms, under Meta's own privacy policy.
